As Global Mid-weight Creative you will be responsible for creating digital and social creative across our brand and digital channels, print and POS design as well as some packaging from time to time. Designing assets and adapting global and localised content based on our brand guidelines. Working closely with the eComm and Social teams, this role will assist with on-going creative storytelling initiatives to help increase sales and provide customers with a superior on brand experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Responsible for creative content, leveraging brand assets across digital and social channels as well as being able to design concepts for packaging and print POS
•    Working on a weekly basis, to design and develop assets and creative stories to support the Global & Local direction of the eCommerce business, including site updates, eCRM, display, affiliates, social media and campaign stories.
•    Ensure quality, continuity, brand adherence and design innovation on all assignments. 
•    Ensure designs are consistent across all of our online communications.
•    Continually maintain awareness of customer behaviour to maximise sales online.
•    Working on enhancements to the site as well as suggesting updates and A/B testing opportunities.
•    Broaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors.
•    Be a brand ambassador for the business, ensuring that all touch points are protected and are in line with the creative vision.
•    Offline design, and other marketing creative as and when required.
•    Immerse yourself in all areas of design across beauty, fashion, trends, lifestyle and brands.


  
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

•    Excellent digital and social design, animation and typographic skills.
•    Excellent creative thinker, adept at idea generation.
•    Experience in eCommerce and social channels in beauty / fashion / lifestyle is highly desirable.
•    Experience of working in a multi-regional e-commerce environment and creating content across multiple sites, touch points and in multiple languages.
•    Exceptional skills in Adobe Suite: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro / After Effects.
•    Demonstrate an understanding of website usability/web optimization best practices.
•    Strong digital production and print process knowledge. 
•    Proven in website interface design and usability e.g. user journey improvement, conformance with usability guidelines.
•    Excellent time management skills with the ability to respond and act in a fluctuating business.
•    Strength in attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
•    Excellent team player - able to work cross divisionally.
•    Must have basic HTML/ CSS skills.
•    Experience using Emarsys or a similar CRM/ESP. 
•    Shopify and Shogun experience is advantageous.
•    Thinks commercially: can turn creative into excellent commercial results

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

•    University degree and/or Design related qualification
