JOB PURPOSE
The Planning Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end procurement process as well as key reporting & analysis. You will be responsible for driving improvements to our processes & tools and will be a cross functional lead to ensure that all stakeholders adhere to the critical path. The analyst will centrally provide visibility on Outlet performance and drive optimisation of inventory where initiatives are identified and complete ad hoc analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement Process
- Responsible for the end to end process for inventory procurement and ensuring key stakeholders adhere to timelines and deliverables
- Responsible for collating and analysing inventory requirements from the Regional Outlet Teams and maximising the utilisation of current inventory
- Partnering with Divisional Merchandising and Central Outlet Merchant to create the biannual product assortment
- Partnering with Supply Chain Finance and Divisional Merchandising to drive Raw Material Utilisation
- Working closely with Supply Chain and Global Sourcing to help resolve production issues and ensure legal requirements are met
- Manage key Outlet options as replenishment styles to optimise stock availability and vendor capacity
- Closely monitor intake margin and set Sourcing counterparts margin targets ahead of each procurement season
Outlets
- Managing the Outlet Fiscal OTB Submissions for visibility of Outlet Sales and Inventory plans for all regions
- Outlet Performance Reporting on key categories including discounting analysis to share insight with stakeholders and help drive range planning
- Maintain central forecasts for key Outlet categories and styles to identify global inventory transfer opportunities and maximise sale
Partnership and Support
- Support for the Outlet Planning Manager on ad-hoc tasks
- Reporting into the Senior Outlet Analyst
- Developing strong cross functional partnerships with Divisional and Regional Planning & Merchandising Teams
- Working in close partnership with Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, Supply Chain Finance and Regional Teams
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Excellent / advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Excel to drive forward reporting and analysis
- Previous experience with SAP / Business Warehouse systems would be advantageous
- Highly analytical, organised, and detail oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships
- Problem solving approach, with an ability to drive results despite ambiguity and obstacles
