We are looking for a trilingual (FR/ENG/GER) HR Advisor for the Swiss market of the Richemont Group, who wishes to join a qualified and dynamic HR Team, always looking for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will be successful in the role by

  • Managing the entire HR administrative and integration processes (editing all contractual documents through our digital tools, follow-up of entries/exits/transfers, close collaboration with payroll for salary and time management, role of intermediary between the legal supports and HRBPs for specific labor low procedures, drafting of work certificates, etc.)
  • Coordinating the recruitment processes from advertising roles, screening candidates and building short list for the business
  • Looking at digital solutions to help us build continuous improvement in our ways of working
  • Participating in Learning & Development activities
  • Centralising HR communications (HR announcement, various communication, etc.)
  • Interacting with employees from both Maisons & Richemont departments from all over Switzerland
  • Supporting financial processes (purchase orders, invoicing, budget)

Your invaluable skills we are looking for

  • You speak fluently French, English and German
  • You have a first experience in an HR administrative position within a demanding environment
  • You are flexible, autonomous, hands-on and a big team player
  • You have strong communication skills, are able to multitask and work with several stakeholders
  • MS Office has no secret for you - SAP knowledge is a strong plus
  • You are open to commute when required (at least once a week) between our Offices in Fribourg & Geneva
