Being based in Kering Corporate office, HR Manager will act as HRBP for multi Group brands looking after full life cycle of employee experience and supporting the organizational strategies
Also,actively involvesome key Group level initiatives such as Learning & Development, talent management process etc collaborating with HR colleagues in the Group brands as well as the global/regional team
Responsibilities include:

Employee Engagement, HR Project
Reporting, administration, other ad-hoc tasks related to the above mentioned responsibility

Job Description

Responsibilities include:
Recruitment (Both Office & Retail staff)
- Evaluate and distinguish the recruitment channels to reach out to the suitable candidates, while promoting direct sourcing to optimize internal network and create central talent pool
- Utilizing recruitment system to effectively to manage the whole recruitment cycle
- Coordinate internal mobility within the Group
- Support the new graduate recruitment activities (organizing multi-brand seminar, coordinating welcoming ceremony etc)
- Organize and deliver new comer orientation for the Group employees
Employee Relation
- Based on the business need and strategy, provide HR advice as well as the solution people issue/ agendas
- Answer different inquires from employee, offer consultation depending on the needs and situation
- Look after topics on people management, performance issue, ethical issue, grasping all the situation and manage in an appropriate manner
Learning & Development
- Collaborating with the regional (APAC) team, plan and deliver the annual leaning & development plan for the Group brands
- Identify and select the contents of the training as well as the facilitator
- Coordinate different preparation of the training (e.g, enrollment) while attending the session to assess the feedback
- Facilitate some training after participating TTT (Train the Trainer)
Employee Engagement, HR Project
- Support global HR (transformation) project, mainly to localize the policy and implement through the Group in Japan
- Assist group level initiatives like Employee opinion survey, talent management process etc.
Reporting, administration, other ad-hoc tasks related to the above mentioned responsibility
People Management - Two (2) team members
Skills & Experience Required
- More than 3 years recruitment experience, more than 5 years HR experience
- Solid and broad of HR knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
- Business level English
- Strong interest and proximity to our business
- Analytical skill, ability to has insight and make balanced judgement
- Willing to learn and to take challenges
- Experience in retail / luxury industry in plus
