Retail Shipping Coordinator

West coast based fine jewelry company seeks Retail Shipping Coordinator to spearhead our e-commerce and retail order logistics for our rapidly growing operation.  We are looking to hire a highly organized and efficient shipping coordinator to coordinate the shipping and receiving components of our retail operation. The successful candidate will handle initial shipping, any incoming returns, or exchanges in close collaboration with the retail sales team. Impeccable organization, communication, and time management skills are essential for this role. Experience working with preferred couriers and e-commerce platforms strongly preferred.

The correct fit for this position will work in accordance with COVID 19 guidelines with a small team from our office.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing all necessary courier documents
• Packing and gift wrapping fine jewelry shipments
• Generating return shipping labels
• Receiving all returns to company and notifying appropriate parties
• Receive all repairs and coordinate with production team
• Work with the marketing team on special projects which require shipping on a case by case basis.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in retail or e-commerce
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
• Capable of working a consistent weekly schedule of Monday - Friday 10 am - 6pm
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
