JOB SUMMARY

The EU Digital Marketing Lead will assist the Sr. Ecommerce Manager in helping to drive results through our EU e-commerce business through managing the Performance channels: PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social and SEO over all our sites.

The EU Digital Marketing Lead will be in charge of the managing the budgets, agencies and the performance of all these channels. You will have experience in building a successful digital marketing mix, with shown ability to use data to influence media decisions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Affiliate
    • Plan & Manage Budget;
    • Direct Affiliate Agency;
      • Lead weekly agency calls;
      • Review placement and cash-back recommendations;
      • Share internal calendars, promotions, product lists, site updates, etc;
  • Lead Channel Performance:
    • Lead channel strategy;
    • Track weekly performance;
    • Make optimizations;
  • Manage Publishers:
    • Supply text link copy, banner creative, etc;
    • Review and approve new publisher recommendations from Agency;
    • Manage weekly publishers newsletter schedule;
  • Paid Social
    • Plan & Manage Budget
  • Direct Agency:
    • Lead weekly/monthly agency calls;
    • Review performance and evaluate proposed optimizations;
    • Share internal calendars, promotions, product strategies, site updates, etc;
  • Lead Channel Performance:
    • Lead channel strategy;
    • Track weekly performance;
    • Make optimizations;
    • Partner with agency to develop testing roadmap;
    • Lead brand/conversion lift studies as well as create A/B tests;
  • Develop & Traffic Creative:
    • Partner with creative on developing assets that align with best practices and drive performance;
    • Review and approve creative assets for performance/branding campaigns:
    • Provide creative team with feedback on ad performance:
  • Paid Search
    • Plan & Manage Budget
  • Direct Agency:
    • Lead weekly agency calls:
    • Review performance and evaluate proposed optimizations:
    • Share internal calendars, promotions, product strategies, site updates, etc.:
  • Lead Channel Performance:
    • Lead channel strategy;
    • Track weekly performance;
    • Make optimizations;
    • Partner with agency to develop testing roadmap;
    • Lead A/B tests (description/headline copy, site links, etc.):
  • SEO
    • Direct Agency
      • Lead agency calls
      • Act as liaison between agency and site development team;
      • Update agency on any new site pages that require meta data as well as old site pages that are being removed;
      • Address any technical updates or site issues that arise;
      • Review and approve all meta data;


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • At least 3 years' Performance Marketing experience covering PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social and SEO
  • Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment;
  • Experience working within key channel platforms (Google Ads etc);
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data - strong excel knowledge;
  • Passion for data and analysis;
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Solid organizational skills, ability to prioritise and strong attention to detail;
  • Able to manage a large and varied workload;
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
