The role

Being part of the Farfetch Platform Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving and help shaping the Farfetch Platform evolution, with focus on the content management and SEO capabilities, delivered across web and native experiences and leveraged in our internal tools, while ensuring the right use cases and solutions are identified and build to help our fashion brands achieve their goals for driving sales, engage users and improve the e-commerce performance for all websites and apps operated by FPS. You will be working closely with developers and other product managers inside and outside FPS to guide the definition and implementation of (new) platform capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Shaping the vision of enterprise-ready, flexible and scalable content management B2B solutions within the luxury world
  • Requirements gathering/detailing/investigation with stakeholders (internal and external) and other member of the Product team and translate them into an actionable vision
  • Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensure that what is delivered meets the original goals
  • Work very closely, in an agile environment, with the engineering team during the entire product life-cycle

Who you are

  • Graduated in Software Engineering, Information Systems or a similar degree or you have an equivalent job experience
  • An excellent communicator (both in Portuguese and English) and you have a positive attitude - you're resilient and able to adapt to a very fast paced and ever-changing business environment
  • Empathy is something you strongly identify with and you're an active listener with solid interpersonal skills in a multicultural and cross functional network.
  • A professional with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You feel comfortable in evolving a product strategy based on research, data and industry trends aligned with business objectives
  • Autonomous and efficient in managing your own time/schedule, respond to daily work with adequate urgency and you understand deadlines, but you never compromise quality and always have an eye for detail
  • You find yourself knowledgeable of content management workflows and concepts, content publication and segmentation, content building & templating, digital assets management and anything SEO-related (metadata, sitemaps, etc).
  • You're pretty comfortable with terms such as API, microservices, endpoints and overall a strong ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and abstract data models
  • Experience in e-commerce with focus on content management or CMS is a plus
  • Knowledge of Lean Product Management and Agile methodologies are a plus
