Job Description

Wearecurrentlyseekingan Accounts Payable Assistantwhowillreport to the Accounts Payable Supervisor as part ofourFinance team based in Haywards Heath. This is a 6 months fixed term contract.

Youropportunity

You will assist in processing supplier invoices and preparing payments for the UK entities of the Kering brands. You will support the Accounts Payable Supervisor and other Accounts Payable Assistants in the day to day and month end Accounts Payable activities.

Howyouwillcontribute
  • High volume invoice processing - Coding and obtaining/chasing approval
  • Dealing with daily invoice queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations and queries
  • Assisting in the clearance of un-posted items from the cashbook, contacting suppliers for missing invoices
  • Assisting with the supplier payment processing
  • Filing, Scanning and other ad hoc duties on request


Who you are
  • Experience working in an Accounts Payable department and a desire to pursue a career in Accounts Payable or Accountancy.
  • Ability to work efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Competent in managing high volumes of data
