Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideas, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

The Marketing team is looking for a dedicated Campaign Planning Manager to help coordinate and manage the planning of our go to market campaigns with both our teams and external agencies. You have strong knowledge of marketing channels and project management skills to help them to manage all areas of campaigns from briefing and planning to activation & analysis. You will report to the Head of Media Planning and Strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will report to the Head of Media Strategy & Planning in driving the development of Campaign planning at Farfetch with our teams and partner agencies.
  • You will plan our 360 marketing campaigns from ideation all the way to a complete integrated plan with corresponding budgets, KPI's and deadlines.
  • You will help support the roll out of new category launches
  • You will work closely with our Brand team, coordinating all marketing activities on an executional level to make sure each campaign is performs well and is fully integrated.
  • You will manage the relationship with external media agencies and guide our Farfetch local market teams to ensure outstanding output at a locale level.
  • You will create presentations sharing relevant content to inform and influence partners to guide ongoing campaign planning & activation excellence.
  • You will be the FARFETCH expert for Campaign planning and will manage 1 direct report whilst building a center of excellence for this division


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have strong experience in Marketing across strategy, planning and different marketing channels that are at the core of 360 campaign planning.
  • You are always searching for new ways to shape the future and embrace innovation with a curious mindset.
  • You have experience working in an inclusive way, mobilising different team members, to ensure great plans turn into seamless delivery
  • You will have experience managing multiple and varied challenges at the same time, including reacting to short-term opportunities, while also having a focus on planning 12 months ahead to align all areas of the business.
