We are looking for a People Communications & Visual Specialist to join our Employer Brand & People Communications Team, supporting the team to plan and deliver creative and engaging internal communications, which help foster a sense of belonging and brand advocacy amongst our global Farfetchers.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and implement communications that foster our culture and values, reinforcing internal engagement and supporting our people strategy;
  • Develop internal communication practices and channels that will ensure all employees have access to the information they need;
  • Create lively, fresh communications which demonstrate real flair and creativity;
  • Design and produce multimedia visual assets (graphics design, video, branding, photography) to bring the communications to life;
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Brand teams to ensure coherence with our FARFETCH brand and alignment with our overarching brand guidelines;
  • Build effective working relationships with the wider global People Team and other key stakeholders such as Office Management, Brand, Strategy etc. to ensure a consistent approach to all internal communications and initiatives;
  • Support the People Communications team with the planning and delivery of global and regional events;
  • Provide other teams with communications expertise, understanding their communication needs and deliver engaging content using the most effective internal channels;
  • Ensure that messages are consistent in style and tone of voice, supporting the overall internal storytelling across FARFETCH.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in an internal communications or brand engagement role;
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery of creative communications, from strategic planning through to delivery, identifying the most effective communication channels to use;
  • A fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail;
  • Strong proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Indesign;
  • Capability to produce high-quality, creative visual assets, in line with brand guidelines;
  • Experience in producing and editing video content, developing storylines to achieve the communication objectives;
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks under time constraints;
  • A creative problem solver with a can-do attitude, who enjoys collaborating with others;
  • Confident working with Senior Leaders and global stakeholders on a daily basis;
  • A professional who values working in a diverse environment that is high energy, fast-paced and service driven.
