Logistics & Stock Control Co-Ordinator Position

As the Logistics & Stock Control Co-Ordinator I will manage the domestic and export of inbound and

outbound shipments Ex-factory RTW for Production, Wholesale and E-commerce accounts. I will be the

go-to person advising on incoming deliveries and stock inventory across store and E-commerce.

 

Logistics

• Create packing lists and update shipment information in the internal database

• Request account/shipping information from new clients to update on Zedonk system and

ensure this is filed correctly

• Inform ALPI of incoming stock to ensure they have relevant paperwork and shipping

information.

• Following up with ALPI to ensure inbound stock is cross-checked

• Liaise with Production to advise of any discrepancies with units received from factories.

• Answer all client queries regarding repairs and/or returned items across all WSL/Private

client/ F&F.

• Managing delivery of stock swap/ re-order requests

• Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of

goods

• Interact with third party logistics service providers to follow up on delivery issues and book

in 3rd party collection

• Ensure accuracy of all inventories for EW stock

• Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure inbound and outbound

shipments are fulfilled

• Processing certificates and any relevant documentations needed for shipping/customs

• Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including the filing of

documents, physically and electronically;

• Track and confirm delivery of orders and shipments to vessels

• Raising invoices, credit notes and Return Authorizations and reconciling these documents with

the finance team to ensure the accounts match on their end

 

Sales

• Review and confirming purchase orders from clients

• Ensure all updated client information and trading conditions are uploaded onto Zedonk

• Ensure new account forms are filled accurately and updated

• Update Shipping instructions manual seasonally and ensure this is reflected in Zedonk and

filed

• Allocation of inventory to the store and Wholesale accounts

• Support and assisting during WHS Markets in all cities when needed

 

Reporting

• Weekly stock count to ensure all units on system are accurate and up-to- date

• Recording all swap/re-order requests for each season.

• Updating EW weekly sell through report and accounting for swaps/re-orders from

clients.

• Reporting to Production to authorize re-ordering queries for second Production run.

• Generate inventory & shipping reports; update shipping logs

• Knowledge of Zendonk or a similar order entry system

• Advanced use of Microsoft office and understanding

• Understanding and basic knowledge of Shopify Plus

 

Finance

• Chase payment from clients prior to releasing shipments

• File all invoices into relevant folder for the Finance team to review

• Work closely with finance team to ensure shipping targets are met within delivery window

• Ensure all courier booking are within seasonal budget
