RETAIL EXPERIENCE AND CLIENT DEVELOPMENT TEMP - CARTIER, NEW YORK

MAIN PURPOSE
Assist the commercial strategy team within the areas of Retail Experience and Client Development to ensure the retail network is receiving the necessary support to provide the best luxury experience to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Experience Responsibilities:
  • Daily extraction and upload of boutique client survey results utilizing business intelligence solutions
  • Assist in weekly extraction, excel formatting, and further upload of network survey results for additional boutiques and Cartier call center
  • Partnership with the Snr Manager in the compilation of interview data results and weekly recap
  • Compilation of field associate data required for the development of a new tool
  • Support retail operations with network headcount maintenance responsibilities including weekly updates to shared files and distrobution to the network

Client Development Responsibilities:
  • Support the cleansing of the client database by performing all merge requests sent in from the network
  • Enter, track the progress and record all technical issues with Client Development Programs
  • Provide support by becoming the SharePoint administrator
  • Provide lists of clients to the network for their client development outreach
  • Support the retial network with client development program by performing updates to portfolios, catching duplicates, and etc.
  • Manage the data capture card process


QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
  • High school. Bacehlor's degree preferred.

Technical Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to learn and apply new software and programs.

Personal Skills:
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to a quickly changing environment and operate with tight timelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication (written and verbal), presentation, organizational and follow up skills are required.
