Looking for an energetic, engaged 100% trustworthy person to support the CMO and the leadership team.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and organizing the CMO's schedule including reminding about upcoming important events/meeting with enough time to prepare
  • Support with travel - including the Marketing team leadership circle
  • Communicate with other ALS Assistants on meetings, trips, preparations etc.
  • Manage the CMO's expenses
  • Support CMO in preparing & crafting presentations for Richemont and ALS - this includes strategy, budget planning, requests for approval etc.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings and workshops with ALS, Richemont and Agencies
  • Support Controlling in collecting budgets
  • Communicate with Market teams
  • Vendor creation, retrieval/merging of agency documents.
  • Administrative support of the team
  • Office organization
  • Administrative support of budget management
  • Travel organization and expense reporting (for the whole team)


Needs to have:
  • German, English Fluent - French would be great
  • Capability for ppt and excel - maybe even indesign
  • A stable character with lots of energy and integrity
  • Love to communicate

Reports to CMO but also dotted lines to Head of Global Brand Comms and Global Customer Experience.
