JOB PURPOSE
To support the digital trading director in the trading and site optimisation of Burberry.com and provide reporting and insights to the wider team to help drive decision making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate reporting and analysis on Burberry.com and third parties to understand customer's needs across different markets & identify opportunities for growth
- Analyse online analytics and trade patterns in detail to ensure appropriate action is taken to pro-actively drive conversion
- Drive data driven merchandising through all available merchandising tools including search, recommendations and dynamic merch tools
- Optimise online user experience including navigation, and shopping journey whilst supporting localisation and personalisation
- Support in sharing key regional insights and learnings from merch trading actions to the wider organisation
- Drive and optimise Google Analytics merchandise reporting capabilities and report automation
- Drive full price and markdown warehouse forecasting in line with financial targets. Working with customer operations, logistic and analytic teams to optimise efficiency
- Lead omni-channel and markdown reporting from a merchandising, product and analytics point of view
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Previous digital or trading experience in related area
- Accuracy, great attention to detail
- Analytical, good numerical skills
- Strong excel skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork
