Visual Merchandising Manager

ZIMMERMANN is currently seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to join the Retail Corporate team on a full-time basis.

Based in our Head Office in New York and reporting to our VP - Global Retail & Operations US and Senior VM Manager AU & US, this role will be responsible for achieving a consistently high standard of visual presentation and a high level of store and stock presentation across all US stores that is reflective of the brand directive and image.

The successful candidates' responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning visual merchandising directions for all US Zimmermann stores seasonal launches, weekly floor plans and windows
• Managing store openings; liasing with Studio McQualter, VP - Global Retail & Operations US, Retail Manager US on initial floor plans, store options, BOH options etc
• Partnering with US Retail team to review VM plans in order to maximize sales and meet Zimmermann's standards
• Managing store maintenance to ensure US stores are kept at an optimum level
• Preparing annual VM budgets for US stores

To be successful, you will have previous visual merchandising experience, an ability to multitask and have a genuine passion and understanding of luxury designer fashion.

Additional requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy with particular use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
• Reliability and punctuality
• Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction
• High attention to detail
