"Be part of central finance team and oversee the finance master data quality in terms of accuracy, conformity and consistency in order to ensure a seamless connection between operations and management and financial reporting."

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The candidate will report to the Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager and will be exposed to a variety of activities that are considered strategic to the success of the business. In particular, this person will be responsible to:

• Declar consolidated stock and margin calculation
• Calculation of an annual and monthly impact of standards revaluation
• Declar central inventory provision calculation
• Management reporting
• SEM master data
• Integration of new brands or new reporting entities to Declar
• Testing technical system upgrades and modifications
• Cooperation with Master Data team to ensure overall consistency of data used at Group level (product classifications/network mappings/ etc)
• Close cooperation and coordination with EAS (IT) teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of data (on Entity, Maison and central level);
• Act as back up to PII process and sales reporting
• Ad hoc analysis / projects

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You have 5+ years of experience with a Finance or engineering background / previous consolidation experience is a plus. Fluency in English (French a plus).

You have excellent literacy of ERP systems as well as basic computer tools (Excel, familiarity with SAP is a plus.

You are structured, reliable, communicative, diligent and analytically-minded.

It's required for the ideal candidate to have the following soft skills:

• Attention to detail and analytical skills;
• Adequate synthesis level for the purposes of documents prepared for Group management;
• Self-motivated and autonomous with capability to work independently;
• Communication and interpersonal skills, diplomacy and confidentiality required while dealing with Brands;
• Essential availability during the monthly closing periods
• Dedicated and precise
