As a Market Sales Specialist, you're part of a high performing team, creating new and innovative ways to connect people and fashion. You will promote the holistic array of Direct to Consumer platform services to brands specifically focusing on brand acquisition for Partner Program in the Polish and Czech Republic markets. WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Proactively grow the partner base in the Polish and Czech Republic markets and as needed in the 17 Zalando markets
  • Promote the holistic array of Direct to Consumer platform services to brands, specifically focusing on brand acquisition for Partner Program
  • Identify new opportunities in the Polish and Czech Republic markets
  • Support to increase operational efficiencies and develop new business strategies

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Passionate about Sales and a strong negotiator, with 1-2 years of professional experience. You have worked in the fashion industry/e-commerce/marketing before and/or show a strong interest in it.
  • Understanding of the mechanics and fundamentals of how e-commerce works and having the ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical, a problem solver, a critical thinker who can work across cross-functional teams to identify obstacles and develop solutions to onboard new business partners. Experience with Excel and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in Polish and English. Ability to engage with a multilingual international customer base and teams at various levels.
