Product Owner - Acquisition and Growth

Is This You?

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing a world class acquisition, activation and onboarding journey for our influencers to our platform. Your team will develop a comprehensive strategy for growing our influencer community and will be responsible for supporting our influencers through our funnel from application to profile creation to publishing their first post through our platform. You'll experiment with and productize successful growth loops, while working closely with the marketing and data team to maximize their investments. Additionally, you will work closely with the founders and general manager to execute a long term vision and near term strategic objectives. You will introduce new innovation, disruptive products, and product enhancements for our influencer community.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of combining technical expertise, user-obsessed design and a deep understanding of business KPIs to launch winning products. You have a reputation for getting stuff done, keeping the bar high, and getting into the nitty-gritty while never losing sight of the big picture.

These are the Functional Responsibilities You'll Have:
  • Anticipate micro and macro trends in the influencer marketing sector and adjacent areas
  • Develop a design-first, results-focused product strategy and roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design and senior leadership to rapidly execute and iterate
  • Guide the product strategy and roadmap for your team, with a particular focus on driving conversion and influencer engagement
  • Lead projects with inter-connected stakeholders, identify risks and help solve them, escalate critical issues to the executive team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Influencer Growth Services, International, Brand Partnerships, and PR teams on compelling go-to-market plans
  • Continuously drive towards an MVP, and continue to build-measure-learn as teams iterate towards desired outcomes via prototyping and A/B testing

You'll Have These Minimum Experiences and Requirements:
  • 6+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, preferably a mix of growth, acquisition, community or workflow tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution; your major can be anything - we love diverse educational backgrounds, but you must have a strong quantitative foundation

You'll Also Have Several of these Preferred Capabilities and Experiences:
  • Experience working with multiple product lines and/or international experience with product lines
  • Executive presence and judgment to know which decisions to make independently and when to escalate to senior management
  • Experience engaging with customers to understand pain points and collect product feedback
  • Self-starter with the ability to build programs from scratch
  • Experience managing projects and programs using an agile/scrum methodology
