Your main missions will be to:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy
- Create, track and implement content for different platforms
- Monitoring, Reporting, and budget tracking
Main responsibilities of the incumbent:
- Implement and create the overall social media strategy, according to the FHH/WW communication objectives. Working closely with the Communication Director.
- Identify and select the right partners to carry out the strategy that will have been defined. This goes from the elaboration of the brief and pitch to the agencies, to the selection and implementation of contracts, NDAs, etc.
- Adapt and apply this strategy to the various international platforms, including Asia/China.
- Establish and keep up to date an editorial calendar: weekly calls with the agency in order to align the FHH/WW objectives.
- Define a media buying strategy based on the KPIs goals, knowing exactly why, where, how, how much and when.
- Work closely with the Communication Director to create qualitative presentations and case studies to inform and train internal teams as needed.
- Implement a relevant content strategy (text, videos, images, etc...) in collaboration with the Content Manager. Be proactive to propose innovative ideas in order to increase the attractiveness on the different accounts/platforms.
- Work with various internal or external partners to develop content for each of the platforms.
- Understand perfectly the issues, own the messages, and ensure that they are well written.
- Monitoring: being active on social networks, test, follow new trends, analyze, synthesize, etc.
- Maintenance of the annual budget and monthly monitoring.
- Keeping deadlines on track for campaigns and projects that will take place throughout the year.
- Be proactive in choosing the tools necessary for the proper functioning and the animation of the various social media.
- Monitoring & Reporting: in collaboration with the Communication Director, produce a quantitative and qualitative analysis according to the objectives.
- Be a source of proposals to improve performance (campaigns, creative concepts, etc.)

Experiences
3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position, project management oriented in the social media and digital communication field at an international level.
