Job Details
MAIN PURPOSE
As a key business partner for SWM maisons' HR operations and managements, support brands to build employee and organisation excellence to achieve of business objectives and plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key responsibility 1 - Talent Acquisition
- Build strong and strategic business partner for hiring.
- Work together with Talent team to fulfil vacant positions upon brands' needs.
- Integrate career planning, development and succession planning as part of the talent strategy.
- Key responsibility 2 - Compensation & Benefit s
- Ensure C&B competiveness, incl. market benchmark review, commission scheme review.
- Work together with C&B team for a smooth and efficient payroll operation.
- HC and personnel cost plan, budget, analysis and control.
- Key responsibility 3 - Compliance and Employee Relationship
- Ensure all HR SOP properly executed.
- Ensure brands' people management procedures complying HR laws and regulations, and handle people case according to employee handbook.
- Conduct exit and grievance interviews with staffs
- Continue Boutique Proximity program.
- Key responsibility 4 - Development & Engagement
- Drive learning culture in SWM maisons, work together with brands to identify training needs upon business needs and employees' IDP.
- Interface with learning & development team for the implementation of corporate training programs, and support brands to nominate right employees.
- Monitor e learning training program completion
- Facilitate Talent Review and Career Committee.
- Key responsibility 5 - HRIS
- Monitor the accuracy of personnel records in HRIS
- Utilize SAP HR for reports.
- Key responsibility 6 - Reporting
- Support SWM HR team leader for SWM reports and analysis.

REQUIREMNTS:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10 years solid experience in all HR functions
- Familiar with Country's labor law & personnel regulations
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Excellent in analytical, influencing & planning skills
