We are looking to recruit a hardworking and experienced Boutique and Spa Manager with a demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and a passion for skincare. The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, with proven leadership qualities and an unparalleled level of professionalism.  Within this role you will oversee all aspects of operations in a Boutique and Spa setting from day-to-day maintenance of the Sales Floor and Treatment rooms to selling, leading your team, ensuring overall growth and success of the business and delivering highest level of service to clients. About the Business:

Dr. Barbara Sturm, one of the most sought-after aesthetic doctors in the world, drew on two decades of anti-inflammatory research and practice to create her high performance, ingredient science-focused skincare regimens. Her unique products have achieved cult status with skincare devotees worldwide, and her philosophy of healing the skin has challenged both aggressive approaches and the conventional wisdom. Dr. Sturm made her career out of innovation and challenging the traditional system. She started her medical career in orthopedics, where she pioneered treatment technology that uses a patient’s own blood proteins to heal joint inflammation. Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of operations within a Boutique and Spa environment including sales, scheduling and payroll, team management
  • Manage, improve and optimize all activities related to cleaning, maintenance, opening/closing tasks
  • Exemplify excellency and providing a high standard in customer service
  • Achieve sales goals and build strong networking partnerships to meet/exceed targets 
  • Create and run special in-store events that align with our brand image and maximize awareness
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
  • Manage inventory and payroll
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Generate, analyze and act-upon weekly reports on Boutique and Spa performance with suggested plan of action when business proves challenging
  • Confidently offer and conduct consultations for all walk-in Dr. Barbara Sturm customers (including high profile customers)  
  • Actively provide ongoing training and coaching to your staff
  • Manage escalated client issues
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & holidays.
  • Be a true ambassador of the brand.

Who You Are:

  • Ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand sales and targets
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented Boutique and Spa setting that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork and adaptability

You Also Have:

  • 5+ years as a Business Manager and/or Boutique and Spa Manager in the beauty industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Extensive retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics space
  • Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota
  • Ability to learn and utilize POS Systems, clientele tools and software
