Junior E-commerce Project Manager

We are currently seeking a talented recent graduate or young professional with a strong tech-geek attitude, passion for digital and e-commerce looking for a new professional adventure in our Operations team as Jr. E-commerce Project Manager.

What you'll do:

• Deliver projects to push ecommerce one step forward: manage the complete lifecycle of your projects to smartly combine technological and process solutions in multiple areas such as user experience, performance, payments, logistics.

(e.g. launch a new entire brand store, speed up package preparation processes, launch a new payment method integration, add a new sale channel)

You have the opportunity and the responsibility to create or improve the way we do things.

• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties (Creative, Development, Administration, Customer Happiness Center, Store Management) to hit the target in terms of functionality, quality, costs and speed of execution.

You have visibility with and you can learn from TLG colleagues, international Brands and international service Companies.

• Be responsible for customers and colleagues experience, providing world class proactive support and resolving every technology issue that comes your way!

You have the chance to detect new areas of improvements and to apply what you have learned in TLG or elsewhere.
