As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for a CRM/Digital Producer to manage the production of all paid Digital Marketing assets for Depop. Sitting within the Brand Marketing Production team, you will own the whole lifecycle of digital assets production and usage for the primary purpose of digital marketing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and versioning of video assets from within the business, project management, post-production and asset delivery. 
  • Respond to creative briefs and communicate requirements to relevant parties (e.g. Creative Editors, Motion Graphic Designers etc) to ensure correct implementation, efficient workflow and timely project delivery 
  • Work with HoP and Senior CRM/Digi producer  to create archiving standards for future use, such as naming conventions, asset storage and file size/type requirements 
  • Regularly communicate to Head of Production, Senior CRM/Digi producer and Head of Digital Marketing and relevant internal and external stakeholders, updating on developments, issues, hurdles and holdbacks 
  • Ensure all assets produced adhere to the Depop brand guidelines, production standards and working practices and have copyright protections and legal documentation 
  • Produce, manage, budget and track spend for stills and video shoots when required 
  • Manage internal, freelance and 3rd party project teams when required, liaising with Senior CRM/Digi Producer/HoP
  • To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time 
  • Producing Social assets

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3+ years production / project management experience in the creative field. 
  • Understanding of digital assets production, post production workflow & the technical requirements of digital marketing assets (Incl. video formats, quality etc.) 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Understanding of social media, new digital formats and trends 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment 
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience working with Talent. 
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. 
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet and 10,00ft planning and resource management tools.
