Job Description

Become the part of young and dynamic VETEMENTS team.

As Office Coordination Intern, you’ll be responsible for coordinating everything in and around VETEMENTS GROUP AG office in Zurich to ensure the smooth and productive work flow.

Your main responsibilities as Office Coordinator:

Be a point of contact for all office related inquiries.

Manage office supplies and inventory.

Travel and accommodation booking and management.

Coordination or service providers.

Preparation of meetings, events - both in and outside of the office.

Participation of fashion weeks, shows and showrooms organization.

Be in direct communication with members of the team from inters to top management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Professional and personal high level organization skills.

Trustworthiness.

Fluent English and German is a must.

French language is a plus.
