JOB SUMMARY

Tory Burch is seeking a Product Manager to lead our MarTech & CRM roadmap. You will be responsible for evaluating existing data and analytic platform capabilities (e.g. GA, MDM, et.) and how these solutions will integrate with future data, identity and analytics platform solutions. Inform the overall MarTech roadmap through defining, assessing, and continuously evolving planned delivery commitments and priorities to drive business value and growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE EXPECTATIONS
  • Create and articulate MarTech product strategy to support the CRM & Digital Marketing goals
  • Lead ideation, requirement gathering, and launch of digital products that enable teams to have an integrated and efficient way of understanding customer data and how to leverage it
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, CRM, Digital Marketing, Technology, Analytics and Retail teams, to gather, review, and prioritize requirements
  • Monitor MarTech innovations that can support short and long term business unlock
  • Foster a culture of change management, leading with the "Why" and constantly driving transparency as well as collaboration across stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
  • Translate roadmap initiatives into digestible EPICs with clear prioritization among features
  • Ensure coverage of end to end customer data lifecycle, from data acquisition to CRM/Digital Marketing program roll outs, focusing on LEAN processes and light touch technology unlocks
  • Critically assess existing capabilities to understand build vs. buy approach
  • Define, monitor, and assess product initiatives through clear KPI's; institute tight learning loop with business and technology teams to continually inform product development
  • Launch and phase solutions utilizing agile methodologies to build internal efficiencies and scalable technology development


  • SKILLSET
  • 5+ years Product Management experience; Data Analytics experience is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of digital marketing technology including marketing automation, web analytics platforms etc., familiar withmarketing channels (display, email, social, SEM, etc.)
  • Experience working with agile development teams and workflows within JIRA, Confluence and Roadmunk or similar systems; off shore development team experience is a plus
  • Understanding of the data ecosystem, spanning from data ingestion, data engineering, data quality, usage/consumption, to data privacy considerations and governance
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills to work cross-functionally, and manage deadlines against multiple deliverables
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and an instinct for taking initiative as well as working with agility
  • Passionate about creating industry-leading Data & Analytics capabilities that are customer-focused and customer-centric
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, thinking critically about size of prize and feasibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable actively working with engineers and participating in technical discussions
  • Self-starter with bias towards MVP delivery that aligns with longer term product vision
  • Maintains clear point of view while remaining flexible, when needed to foster productive collaboration
