JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager EMEA. This is an exciting role for someone with at least one year's experience in marketing and communications to support the delivery against Tory Burch Europe's marketing strategy. The position is initially for a period of 6 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main focus of the role will be to support the following marketing areas:
  • Full marketing support across all departmental areas - competitive benchmarking, campaign and activation planning, weekly/monthly reporting in PowerPoint;
  • Support with weekly creative briefs for regional asset requirements (image crops, retail invitations, etc.);
  • Support with retail programming, logistics, execution, results monitoring and tracking / store team follow up;
  • Ensure all outlet and wholesale partners are fully supported with seasonal asset packs/brand materials in line with their local buy;
  • Support with outlet and wholesale partner ad hoc marketing requests and opportunities;
  • Oversee wholesale seasonal brand page updates and implementation follow up;
  • Support with all wholesale partner campaign/communications planning (email, website and social features, etc.);
  • Provide essential administrative support such as invoice tracking/submissions;
  • Strong interest in fashion industry news and changes.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year administrative or marketing experience;
  • Experience working within luxury fashion (desirable);
  • A strong interest in fashion, fashion publishing, e-commerce and industry trends;
  • Degree educated (or equivalent);
  • Computer Literate (MS Office);
  • Ability to take initiative and to take ownership of tasks/projects; work collaboratively with the wider team to support the marketing function;
  • Ability to review and interpret campaign results and insights (desirable);
  • Organized and time efficient, proven experience of meeting deadlines;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • German language considered a plus;
  • Ability to travel overseas if needed
