Job Details

Il/la tirocinante supporterà la tutor in attività legate all’organizzazione VM dello Showroom, la realizzazione di servizi fotografici e il product placement. Sarà inoltre coinvolto/a in progetti specifici volti ad organizzare eventi di PR.

In particolare il/la tirocinante supporterà la tutor nelle seguenti attività:

    • Supporto nella gestione delle spedizioni internazionali: compilazione del Documento Di Trasporto, preparazione del campionario per l’invio, contatto con i fornitori per le spedizioni, monitoraggio della spedizione e verifica dell’avvenuta ricezione del materiale;
    • Supporto nell’organizzazione di eventi digitali: contatto con eventuali fornitori, preparazione di presentazioni in Power Point;
    • Supporto nella preparazione della rassegna stampa: ricerca delle notizie online e offline, alimentazione archivio informatico, estrazione da archivio e impaginazione della notizia tramite il programma dedicato;
    • Preparazione report di uscite stampa, send out ai magazine e VIP;
    • Preparazione di presentazioni tramite Power Point;
    • Inserimento dei dati negli appositi gestionali;
    • Supporto a eventuali progetti di Marketing.


Requisiti:

    • Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Moda o equiparabili;
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
    • Buona conoscenza Power Point e Excel;
    • Buone capacità organizzative e relazionali;
    • Flessibilità ed orientamento al problem solving;
    • La conoscenza di FGPS o sistemi Launchmetrics sarà considerato un plus;
    • Un’esperienza di stage pregressa costituirà un plus.
