Reports to: General Manager, Influencer Platform

The Role

rewardStyle empowers the world's premium lifestyle influencers to achieve maximum economic success and the Director of Product Marketing is critical to achieving our mission. This is a new role to the organization that will drive growth and scale with our Commission on Sales teams. Responsible for helping our customers find success with our features, products and platform, the Director of Product Marketing will shape our product offerings and how we position them. This dynamic, high-impact position will collaborate closely across functions including Influencer Growth Services, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics and interacts with all levels across the organization.

In this critical role you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and creative teams to orchestrate high-impact product launches, acquire in-depth customer and market insights, develop personas and use cases, drive messaging and collateral, optimize packaging and assist with sales enablement and knowledge sharing. Your work will have an immediate and tangible impact on the business and the lives of the influencers that we support. If you are a data-oriented, self-starter who can work on both creative marketing initiatives and data oriented strategy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute high-impact launches for our influencer community
  • Conduct detailed user research and definition of influencer personas to accurately position our products and inform internal customer success partners
  • Gather competitive analysis and industry insights to educate internal partners and help inform product road mapping, pricing, industry mapping, etc.
  • Partner with the Content Marketing team to create on persona-based collateral and lead generation activities including webinars, videos, case studies, whitepapers, etc.
  • Work with the Demand Generation and Performance Marketing teams to build campaigns towards the company's business goals and critical metrics
  • Partner closely with sales enablement and content teams to develop sales materials including sales decks, datasheets, ROI calculators, battle cards, etc.
  • Work with relevant partners on the optimization of enterprise website funnel(s) and content to generate qualified opportunities in local and international markets
  • Utilize insights from Google Analytics, Hubspot, Braze, Amplitude and Periscope to measure, monitor and optimize the success of product marketing programs and activities

You'll Have These Minimum Experiences and Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience launching & scaling consumer apps, products, or services for global consumer and/or media brands
  • Proven, unchallengeable experience in growing consumer businesses through sustained customer engagement
  • Deep, established proficiency in storytelling and narrative-building
  • Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous and ultimately successful marketing campaigns using a breadth of online channels
  • Expertise knitting together a broad range of customer listening posts and data sources such as - audience research, community feedback, customer support, behavioral analytics, etc.
  • International experience and a knowledge of diverse cultural, social, and business landscapes
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, PR, and creative functions on driving growth through product marketing initiatives
