As Realisation’s E-commerce Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of our online stores, while overseeing the customer service team and interactions with our customers. Your mission will be to enhance Réalisation’s online customer experience and drive platform innovation, while delivering online sales growth.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Marketing you will be responsible for:
· Oversee and manage our international websites and sales channels, proactively leading ideas for online store content, functionality and technological improvements to optimise online customer experience and increase conversion rates
· Developing strategies and providing insights to drive sales growth, meet sales targets and ensure profitability across online stores
· Prepare and supply daily, weekly and monthly sales reports using analytics tools to report on business & product performance to key stakeholders
· Managing website content updates (via CMS), including new product releases and customer information pages required for day-day website operations
· Liaise with international partners/agencies to manage sales and stock requirements for third party platform (TMall), along with detailed reporting requirements
· Inventory management and planning, along with the preparation of production orders (based on approved quantities) for each warehouse location
· Manage the global customer service team, working closely with the Customer Experience Manager, to review & refine the customer experience, as well as team processes and performance in line with business objectives
· Devise and provide weekly reports to the management team with product and customer insights, team feedback along with opportunities and action points
· Implement a VIP customer loyalty program to aid new customer acquisition and retain and reward existing customers
· Provide support to Director of Operations with business logistics and warehousing management, as required
· Provide support to Director of Operations with any projects or tasks to help support online sales growth
What you will bring to the role:
· Proven experience within a successful e-commerce fashion store
(Min 5 years experience working in fashion e-commerce)
· Previous sales budget accountability
· Conversant with SEO and analytical tools to best drive sales initiatives
· Commercially astute, a great collaborator with an analytical mindset
· Proven success in delivering sales growth and achieving targets
· Strong organisational, communication and team management skills
· Independent and outcomes focused
· A strong team player with the ability to lead and provide support a small team (working remotely)
· Ability to work across different time zones with the ability to be reactive to a fast-paced environment
· Approachable, with a friendly and inclusive personality
· You have proven experience in using analytical tools to draw insights and report on performance
· You have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and retail trends, along with a passion for the brand and fashion and lifestyle sectors
