As Senior Digital Manager you have the opportunity to utilise the full mix of online acquisition and retention channels. You will work closely with the creative and social teams to ensure we deliver a cohesive and successful strategy across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive acquisition and retention growth across multiple products according to budgets and return on investment targets

· Develop and own a media calendar driving integration across paid media and owned properties

· Define audiences and targeting for each element of the plan and ensure that is aligned with our overarching marketing strategy

· Define budgets for US market across all performance channels (Paid Search, Paid Social and Display, Affiliates, CRM) and forecast the business contribution of each.

· Define relevant search KPIs to ensure that the overall contribution to revenue and business growth through search is the maximum.

· Manage PPC and digital activity including strategy, planning, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimisation to ensure delivery against specific KPI’s.

· Ensure all performance channels are performing against target.

· Responsible for regular in-depth reporting that will be shared internally and externally and leads to clear actionable insight to continue to drive improvements

· Report performance details weekly to business stakeholders

· On-page Optimisation and content creation and refinement

· Work with Social Channel Manager to build effective, targeted paid advertising campaigns across social channels

· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation of dynamic search, re-marketing and core campaigns

· Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

· Lead on landing page strategy, customer journeys, audience segmentation and performance tracking to improve conversion

· Manage and develop a team of 2

· Stay up to date with industry trends and system developments and implement accordingly

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

· Experience working with large cross-functional teams (e.g product, marketing, PR, social) and external partners, including creative agencies and production

· Proven track record in delivering creative and innovative media strategy, ideas and execution across different budget levels

· Strategic thinker

· Impeccable attention to detail

· A collaborative colleague who communicates and works well within a team environment and demonstrates the C&E values

· E-Commerce experience in FMCG/Retail (Beauty a plus)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

· University degree
