Overview:

The inventory control department is responsible for implementing procedures to control all processes that are updating the stock for Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesales. The main object is to ensure that all the Inventory financial information for all departments is certified and supplied on a timely basis. Reporting to the Head of Inventory you will be based in London and will be primarily responsible for all the pricing and costing activities, you will be a crucial asset to the team in assisting Merchandising’s Retail Price allocation of all collections, executing important margin analysis, delivering key benchmarking reports for the Business and assessing the validity of the costing. The role includes as well important responsibilities in ensuring all the stock is correctly evaluated and all the costing model functions connected to distributed products work correctly.

Your Mission

    • Looking after and understanding the business management process.
    • Supervising the execution process
    • Responsible of supporting Merchandising with the Retail/Wholesale Price allocation
    • Regularly updating the pricing parameters in the Pricing system
    • Run the costing models and ensure stock is evaluated as expected in all divisions.
    • Drive and implement efficiencies within the division pricing processes
    • Manage several Price Uploads
    • Link with inventory and merchandise teams to ensure local price changes are effectively communicated and implemented
    • Be responsible for the update of all the data in the retail system, able to coordinate with the merchandisers, buyers, customer service
    • Develop standardized reporting which both informs and drives decision making (CD Analysis, Set & Target Benchmark Analysis)
    • Providing Transfer Price Management analysis
    • Preparing inventory analysis upon request
    • Support the inventory department
    • Link with inventory and merchandise teams to ensure local price changes are effectively communicated and implemented


Your Talent

    • Proven experience as Pricing and Inventory manager or similar position
    • Excellent knowledge of data extraction, manipulation and forecasting methods
    • Working knowledge of inventory management software
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
    • An analytical mind with strong math skills
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Reliable and trustworthy
    • Experience in business administration. logistics or relevant field;


Systems and Essentials

    • Knowledge of Pricing Fashion system, stock system, warehouse management system and Business intelligence
    • Advance level of Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of SQL Server is preferable
