As a Textile Area Manager, you will lead one assistant to heads up the Textile business in Greater China Region (GCR), maintain and continue to improve the relationships with our existing accounts and develop new business opportunities. You will report to Chief Sales Officer in HQ in Milan.

In this role you will:
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales. You will monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc., and provide recommendations for changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

You will need to study existing and potential volume of customers, keep management team regularly informed for regional sales activity, work plans, and results reports. You will also need to handle and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

• Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.

• 5-10 years relevant working experience and especially familiar with Italian fabrics will be highly appreciated.
• Proficient bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Frequent Trips (25-50%) within domestic regions as well as HQ trips
• Aspiration to long-term development in luxury industry
