Job Details

Tiger of Sweden is looking for an ambitious and driven E-Commerce Manager to join our growing e-commerce department. The ideal candidate has a strong project management focus and will be able to balance multiple projects simultaneously, along with some understanding of technical methodologies including on site A/B testing.

As an E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for analysing, initiating and implementing projects that will optimize the website performance and customer experience from both a technical and commercial perspective. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a cohesive and scalable platform, as the basis for future growth. Working closely with third party designers, developers and the group IT department to drive a continuous improvement focus for ToS digital products.

The role requires a technical mind-set with a. strong commercial understanding in order to oversee the strategic development of the website and omni channel functionality. You should also be able to work to short term objectives whilst planning for longer term strategic initiatives.

The role is full time and is located at our HQ in city centre Stockholm.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and identify new opportunities to optimise site and omni channel performance
  • Manage the development road map for the e-commerce channel by working with brand stakeholders balancing commercial and UX needs
  • Define requirements and implement new features and improvements in collaboration with Ecommerce development manager, IC Group IT and 3rd party developers
  • Conduct on site A/B tests and drive continuous technical improvements, creating a test and learn culture to drive conversion optimisation and data based decisions
  • Manage new releases, testing, reporting and handling of bug fixes in Jira including regular reporting on ticket completion status
  • Manage 3rd party system providers including data integrators to marketplaces, liaising with relevant teams to manage partner onboarding
  • Work with group IT and retail teams to develop omni-channel initiatives

Skills & Requirements

  • Relevant experience working in e-commerce, ideally 3-5 years
  • Experience working with development teams
  • Technical minded with a strong interest in digital technology and e-commerce trends
  • Well-structured and detail oriented
  • High personal drive and an action oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written in English,
  • Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (prev. Demandware) is an advantage
