PLANNER
We’re looking for a Planner with DTC experience to join our growing team.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop pre-season sales, gross margin, and inventory plans by account and territory and set annual profit objectives
- Establish annual sales, receipt, markdown, and inventory target through OTB for direct-to-consumer business
- Create seasonal assortment and SKU targets for each business unit
- Prepare market recap at department, season, style level with misses and opportunities and present it to SVP of sales and CEO
- Consolidate global buy projections from business counterparts and submit the sized final orders to production
- Track monthly shipping status and communicate it to sales team to maximize sales each month
- Build daily/monthly ecomm demand and net sales forecasts with KPI and provide sales target for online promotional activities
- Manage core/seasonal recut process and submit the projections in a timely manner to minimize out of stock
- Manage allocation to stores and ecomm based on the sales and turn target and issue transfers when necessary
- Provide stores with the daily sales plan
- Run weekly/monthly/seasonal reports and develop planning tools and reports
- Provide Ad Hoc analytical support to buying, merchandising, and finance teams as well as Management for business decision making
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in similar role
- BA or BS in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills; solid analytical ability.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge/proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MRP)
