POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position will serve as a strategic member of the Site Experience team to strategize, plan, and execute digital commerce site campaigns aimed at driving revenue and conversion for Chicos.com and Chico's Outlet.They will have the ability to combine an understanding of what drives e-commerce sales, an interest in the fashion apparel sector, and a passion for user experience to improve the onsite merchandising strategy. They will build an unparalleled digital shopping experience in collaboration with team leaders across the company including Digital Commerce, Merchandising, Product/Engineering, Creative, Content, and Marketing. This person will manage the seasonal content roadmap, serve as the go-to person for insight on site traffic, banner placement, and site content performance, and will partner closely with the creative team to build onsite shopping experiences. The ideal candidate is innovative, enthusiastic, and customer-focused and will have demonstrated skills with technical tools & processes through website management and advanced data. They will be organized and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional projects at once and will have proven success managing a team.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates with Digital Commerce, Brand Marketing and Merchandising to drive the onsite strategy, focusing on strategic content placement, promotional messaging, and overall site experience.
  • Coordinates the creative assets needed to deliver onsite execution (including brief writing, approvals and deployment).
  • Collaborates with the internal technology team to execute onsite updates and strategy.
  • Ensures the onsite execution process is streamlined and fully managed (scheduling deployment, review, QA and reporting).
  • Regularly pulls site performance metrics to base business decisions on and develop key learnings to apply to upcoming campaigns.
  • Act as point person for site A/B testing including coordination with AIMS team, Site Merchandise Managers and socializes testing results for ongoing site optimization.
  • Contributes and assists in the collaboration of special projects as requested.
  • Requests promotion builds and determines best online execution of promotions and events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years' ecommerce experience, including, online/internet retail consumer marketing email experience
  • Outstanding creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, planning and project management skills.
  • Strong spreadsheet, word processing and database skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.


Pay range is commensurate with relevant skills, industry experience and track record of success, among other factors as applicable for the position.

Associates may be eligible for incentive compensation based on a variety of factors including achievement of department/brand/corporate performance metrics and/or other variables as applicable for the position.Chico's FAS, Inc. reserves the right to amend incentivecompensation at any time at its discretion.
