JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Lead global line planning for shoes, bags and accessories.
  • Develop regional collection plans and must-haves based on brand direction, fashion trends and in-depth market understanding.
  • Conduct in-depth post-launch global performance review for each season.
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Merchandise Planning to enhance cohesiveness and commercial performance of every collection. Provide guidance during collection building process.
  • Strategize with Merchandising Planning Team to drive category growth and profitability.
  • Lead global retail pricing strategy and harmonize local tactics.
  • Work closely with retail Training Team ensure that key seasonal stories are well communicated to end consumers.
  • Shop the market to stay abreast of trends. Lead competitive shopping analysis and craft seasonal action plans.
  • Initiate and lead projects to improve speed to market and collection performance.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned
  • KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Degree in Business or Fashion Merchandising
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Able to lead, motivate and develop young talents.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, with good eye for products
  • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
  • Experience in regional markets, especially South-East Asia and Greater China
  • Effectively bilingual (English/Mandarin)
  • Analytical with an eye for details
