Job Details
Job Responsibilities
- Optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
- Provision of ongoing support to Business development teams in the profiling and segmentation of customers as well as conducting of tactical mining to support their business initiatives
- Effective segmentation across multiple communication channels (EDM, SMS and Mobile Application)
- Identify different customer’s profiles to improve retention, reactivation of customers and promote cross/up-selling campaigns
- Perform post campaign analysis and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and make recommendation on subsequent steps
- Generate actionable customer insights to improve key business outcomes
- Manage the creation of data extension and automation jobs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Plan and set up automated customer journey map to boost brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Support lead nurturing and customer acquisition projects in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Provide Analysis on customers' purchasing behavior to drive email content optimization
- Acquire data from different data sources, maintain data systems and CRM
- Perform data integrity checks to ensure consistent and accurate data for analyzing
- Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on weekly/monthly/ad-hoc basis
- Requirement
- At least a Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent
- Preferable with at least 2 years of experience in related field
- Prior Knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel reporting skills (Pivot Table, Vlook up) is essential
- Prior Experience in SQL, QlikView and Python with relational database knowledge will be preferred
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Ampscript will be advantageous
- Able to perform strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset is essential
- Strong data analytics competencies and able to turn data into actionable insights
- Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
