  • Take ownership of tasks to support the production of editorial content and commercial launches — contacting talent, planning shoots, acquiring assets, keeping teams on schedule
  • Supporting both the Head of Content and Social Media and in general the marketing team with research and production
  • Work with the influencer and press manager on liaising with talent for the different digital and physical marketing projects
  • Copywriting across all our social platforms
  • Support with the posting, development/growth and management of all Social Media channels – IG, FB, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, etc
  • Share content performance learnings and devise strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement
  • Maintain key reports with KPIs and other metrics to measure performance

The Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Passionated about digital technologies
  • Must have proven track record of demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the Social Media landscape – including content optimisation and publishing algorithms, building and engaging communities, social listening and reporting, planning and execution of socially-led campaigns, and an understanding of the latest technologies impacting key global platforms
  • Passionate about innovation
  • 2 years of experience in the digital marketing/fashion industry, and culture content with most recent experience in Social Media Management for a fashion brand
  • Passion for storytelling and branding
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Results orientated
  • Commercial, product and content-driven
  • Must have sensibility towards fashion and the luxury sector and the arts landscape
  • Experience in fashion shoot production
  • Proven experience writing content for a fashion or lifestyle brand
  • An understanding of the online interactive experience
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics – understanding of social media and website traffic, and online customer engagement metrics
  • Highly organized and driven with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and across a team
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A good level of proficiency in Dreamweaver, InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Solutions focused approach

You will be reporting to our Head of Content and Social Media, and based in our East London Head Office.

As we are interviewing candidates on an ongoing basis, please send your application and CV as soon as possible.

Our Position: The Opposite Thing

Designed in London — Made in Spain — EU Sourced and Produced

Miista upends the exclusionary practices of the fashion industry to show how we’re actually living now. Over the last ten years, we are proud to have built a brand that through craft, our community, the risks we’ve taken and a sometimes

bizarre willingness to laugh at ourselves, has made an elegant commitment to the alternative. A dedication to the opposite thing.

What does that mean? That we’re happy to sacrifice profit and to subvert problematic fashion trends for women to create a product that has personality in addition to aesthetic value. A product that knows women don’t really shop using the search words ‘pretty’ now. If we were your friend, Miista would be the odd one at school who grew up and got an attitude and a sense of confidence. You know when it’s a Miista.
