HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for the administration and coordiantion of care services activities in the boutique, providing our clients with the highest degree of customer service and courtesy.
  • Compliying with the high standards of Cartier sales and service, respecting all process and policies of the maison
  • Manage stock orders, follow-up, receiving & inventories.

  • Have the ability to actively listen to the clients' needs and motivation and adapt accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, communicating technical aspects of the service and navigate through objections and complains.
  • Exercise flexibility and take the initiative to serve at the highest standard
  • Possess strong command of IT systems including SAP
