Launched in 2015, Réalisation Par is an international online, direct-to-consumer, women’s fashion brand - which has amassed a cult online following. Known for our seasonless pieces and instantly recognisable prints and viral dress designs, the label sits within the ‘affordable luxury’ category. 

Priding ourselves on our supportive and energetic company culture and innovative working approach, Réalisation is a female lead company, comprised of a small team of talented and passionate individuals working across multiple continents. 

We are seeking an experienced Product Developer or Production Agent on a freelance basis who specialises in lingerie and sleepwear. They will work closely with the Design/Creative Directors and Design Developer to create and produce woman’s lingerie and silk sleepwear for Réalisation: handling every step of the way from conception, sampling - through to final production. This requires high level of design and technical knowledge to ensure product reflect the creative direction and aesthetic of the brand.

This role includes the following duties: 

  • Acting as liaison between Réalisation and suppliers on all sampling and production requirements/issues 
  • Being able to translate ideas into commercial products
  • Create and finalise the specifications need for sampling and production
  • Source specialty lace, fabric and trims 
  • Negotiate on quantities and pricing  
  • Liaising with factories to ensure sample and production deadlines are met at all times

You will need to have had extensive experience (min of 5 years) working as a lingerie Designer or Product Developer at a high level, with an established brand. 

The candidate must have a wide contact list for luxury lace, silk and trim suppliers knowledge innovative techniques including embroidery and fabric development, construction and finishing. Having established relationships with China based factories and suppliers is a must as well as previous experience working on a freelance basis.
