MAIN OBJECTIVE

Member of the European management team, the Regional Client Performance Manager is a key contributor to accelerating omnichannel client development blueprint in Europe. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth by collaborating with European markets on client activations strategies. This person must possess a thorough understanding of the client marketing platform Salesforce and have proven experience in collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables in a client-centric luxury environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Central campaigns for Europe
  • Build consensus on campaigns/journeys with markets to have one European plan
  • Push new requirements to HQ as one team
  • Be the unique point of contact with the agency for brief, questions and validation
  • Manage full content process (build data extensions for targeting, production, validation, provision...)


Secure client data acquisition and lead performance-driven client communication strategies
  • Monitor client profiling data evolution and multichannel campaigns performance for thorough analysis of Europe's and markets' dynamics.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce (Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud) to foster continuous enhancements of client activations (acquisition, retention, conversion) with markets
  • Define and raise to HQ change requests necessary to roll-out effective activations


Together with markets, build an efficient regional Client activations plan in sync with the region's branding strategy agenda and be responsible for its implementation
  • Create a regional client activations plan combining HQ calendar and regional specificities: bring visibility to the region's corporate activities, support product & services strategies in line with the region's mid-term blueprint
  • Be the sparring partner of HQ Content team on various content acquisition, adaptation and request fitting European and local needs


Be a business partner for markets ensuring support & best practice sharing
  • Support markets in their local activations
  • Animate the European Client community to co-construct a virtuous circle of learnings


Monitor a dedicated agency budget for Europe

YOUR PROFILE

Skills :
  • 7 years of experience in Client development strategies (translate data into activations)
  • Experience with Salesforce mandatory (Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud)
  • Familiar with SQL, ability to analyze and fix issues within the database
  • Expertise in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
  • Good data flow management skills in complex environment (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
  • Flexibility and independent working style
  • Excellent collaborative, organizational and synthesis skills
  • Fluent in English, French considered an asset
