Job Details

The Ecommerce and Marketing Assistant will own the end-to-end e-commerce processes of the brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the shop and its orders, as well as working with the Social Media Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the brand's marketing activities. This is an ideal role for an individual with proven experience in e-commerce, SEO and general marketing to play a pivotal role in the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic personality who will own their role in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Ecommerce

Collate product information ready for upload to website – copy writing / product descriptions

Create new products on the website and optimise & upload imagery and descriptions

Ensure all pages on the site are updated and correct, performing regular site walks and testing to identify mistakes and/or issues

Ensure all allocated product is live, reporting if not so the team can address it

Check product information is correct and updated where necessary (prices, images, stock, etc.)

Assist in testing and development of the website

Assist with preparation of ecommerce photoshoots: collating samples, organizing stock, packing and organizing couriers

Creation of reports and presentations

Plan and write SEO optimised on-site articles

Google ads assistance

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - Justuno campaigns

SEO – keyword research, tracking and monitoring of search terms. / Incorporating keywords based on the keyword research

Undertake regular reporting and analysis on ecommerce and digital marketing performance and use insights to drive future strategies

Assist with driving website sales

Develop promotional calendar – new edits, online promotions, digital communication in line with social activity / Co-ordinate with Social Media Assistant to ensure social campaigns are aligned with ecommerce activity

 

Order Processing

Manage orders from creation to shipping

Manage packing of the orders

Manage shipment manifestos to ensure orders are delivered in a timely fashion

Deliver high levels of customer service through all our platforms

 

Essential

Bachelor's degree in fashion, business or a similar field

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, numerical and analytical skills

Acute attention to detail

Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Proficient knowledge of social media channels and how they work

Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly

 

Desirable

Proficient in Shopify

Working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics or a similar programme advantageous

Knowledge of Google Suite – Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
