Campus Relationship Coordinator (Remote)

As the Campus Relationship Coordinator you will be responsible for expanding the reach and brand of the intern program throughout North America. You will cultivate external relationships and plan events. You will communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders and support the hiring process as needed throughout the recruiting cycle. You will act as an organizational support for the team by understanding our tools (GoodTime and SmartRecruiters) to help keep the hiring process running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a targeted campus strategy to attract the best talent across North America
  
• Coordinating and organizing recruitment events
  
• Building our Shopify Internship brand across North America
  
• Supporting the recruitment process through interview coordination and communication with internal partners
  
• Collaborating with the RnD recruitment team (Intern and Full time hiring)
  

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and management
• Ability to build relationships quickly (both internally and externally)
  
• Strong writing communication skills
  
• A detail oriented thought process
  
• An understanding of campus recruitment across North America
  
• Experience working and collaborating with universities, learning institutions and various student groups
