How will fashion items will be communicated, distributed, sold, exchange in 2030. How we will interact with consumers across different touch point at different stages of their experience. Digital platforms are expensive for big players, but there are several emerging platforms that allow small organization to be more agile and quicker on the market. We live in times where innovation is coming from the bottom, more than from the top.

The CRM Specialist, by working along with the WW Omni Channel team, plays a key role in that strategy. We look for curious, dynamic, clever talents who loves challenges.

Within the Customer Experience team and with the CRM Campaign Manager support, the CRM Specialist will have the mission to manage the Email activity from A to Z: coordination with the internal & external actors, creation of the email layout, generation of HTMLs codes, targeting on Adobe Campaign and follow-up with the results.

This role requires to have excellent coordination skills, master webdesign, and if possible – but not mandatory – have a previous experience in targeting.

The role 

  • Validate the product selection with the buying team
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce to get the most complete online experience possible by clicking on a newsletter
  • Create the layout, in accordance with the Communication team content strategy
  • Generate the HTML codes & test them
  • Create adequate client clusters in Adobe and launch the campaign
  • Follow up monthly the results to improve the open rate, the click rate, the bounce rate and the final conversion rate
  • Present the results to the different teams to have a global thought on how to improve each team’s input and create a better client experience

Your Profile 

  • Experienced in webdesign.
  • Previous experience in targeting on CRM tool is a plus
  • High-fashion sensitivity: products and branding
  • International environment
  • Leadership skills
  • Positive & energetic
  • At ease with project management (consolidate feedback, work on an agile mode)
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Background : Fashion, digital marketing
  • Languages : Fluent in English, French & Italian nice to have
