HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The CSR Manager supports the Maisons with their RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) certifications and with the implementation of their Strategic Plans. The postholder will divide their time evenly between these two support functions.

Regarding the RJC certifications, the majority of Richemont's Maisons, Manufacturing Competence Centres and e-commerce businesses are long-standing members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). The RJC recently revised its Code of Practices (CoP), which is mandatory for all members, and the implications of those revisions are being addressed at the member-level. They include new due diligence processes and documentation for precious metals, diamonds and coloured gemstones. In addition, Richemont's objective is to have all the gold used in its products be RJC Chain of Custody (CoC) certified by 2025. To achieve that goal, common technical standards need to be designed and implemented by the member, by the Group overall and by relevant suppliers.

Regarding the implementation of Strategic Plans, the majority of the Maisons (Jewellery Maisons, Specialist Watchmakers, Online Distributors, Fashion & Accessories) have described their three-year CSR goals in the November 2020 presentations to Senior Management. To support all of them in the design and delivery of their strategic action plans, Group Marketing and Group CSR will work together with each Maison's CSR Representative and CSR Committee Chair. The goal is to help the all Maisons and businesses realise their objectives and communicate progress to their stakeholders.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You have a hands-on experience of RJC certifications: Code of Practices and Chain of Custody; with relevant operational experience in the gold, diamond and coloured gemstone industries.

You speak English and French, including terms used in RJC certification. German and Italian an advantage.

You have a structured approach to large and complex projects, you are able to manage conflicting demands and comfortable working within a matrix structure and on multiple projects at once.
