Reporting to Head of Account Management, you will grow the sales and performance of our Supply partnerships in APAC regions. You will build the relationships with partners at all levels, coach partners on the cooperation and differences of Farfetch international platform versus their own retail or other web operations to ensure they are engaged and committed to Farfetch, and achieve our goals.


    • You will manage a group of allocated boutiques/brands through sound business management and strategic planning, turning knowledge into focused actions.
    • You will ensure each partner has optimum product mix and stock levels on Farfetch; quality, quantity and timing.
    • You will monitor seasons, brand/category selection, quantity/depth, delivery timing, days on site
    • You will follow all steps that lead to product being live on site, from product creation by partner to booking of "slots" for photo shooting, price validation, stock upload and other criteria
    • You will negotiate and plan markdowns with boutiques and ensure adherence to promotional activities.
    • You will work with Business Development to prepare and onboard new partners in collaboration with Partner Services, ensuring partners are set for success both commercially and operationally.
    • You will manage offline/online sales performance by assessing all metric drivers, working with merchandising and the wider commercial team, arranging regular reports, reviews and visits/calls with partners
    • You will seek and maintain knowledge on each boutique's status, seasonal and future plans to assess full online potential and further growth opportunities.
    • You will conduct regular business reviews internally and with boutiques.
    • You will ensure excellent service and follow up is given to both partners and final customers, working with Partner Services team, Production, and Operations to guide all service goals and ensure needs are met.


    • You have 3+ years of experience in a commercial role (online or offline) at a fashion retail, brand or wholesale environment. Fashion and luxury.
    • You are not only experienced in sales/negotiation techniques with strong analytical ability
    • You can easily build relationships with the different players of the business
    • You have excellent sense of prioritization and timing
    • You can at ease with excel (can perform complex functions) and use of data tools to obtain and assess analytics
    • You are fluent in English (Business Level, able to work with global teams verbally and in writing)
    • You have previous international work experiences
