Business Developer

We are looking for a Business Developer to work alongside our MD. This is a newly created position and will primarily support the MD in delivering key business objectives for both Aligne and The Founded. This is an initial one year contract role on a full-time basis.

Key tasks will include involvement in a wide range of workstreams, objective and key results setting, sprint management and preparation for key meetings and event management. The successful candidate will have around 5 – 7 years experience, ideally in a fast moving, dynamic start up environment. The scope for the role is extensive, so would suit an individual looking for stretch and challenge to take their career to the next level.

THE ROLE:

• Supporting the MD in strategic meetings and owning certain tasks
• Providing regular concise reports to the MD
• Liaising regularly with the senior management team on behalf of the MD
• Work alongside the MD to shape all aspects of the business including strategy, recruitment, R&D, sales and design
• Help to set and create comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Secure the functionality of business, to drive extensive and sustainable growth
• Promote company culture and vision
• Advance business processes and performance
