Primary Purpose: As part of the growing Coach.com team, the Associate Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Retail Ecommerce and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of product strategies on Coach.com, focusing on demand planning and inventory operations and fulfillment. This is a great opportunity for an individual with outstanding analytical and communication skills, who is strategic and operational.

- Run weekly, monthly and quarterly sales analysis, organize and distribute reports, and participate in sales reviews and hindsights
- Monitor demand trends and come up with viable business solutions and creative opportunities to ensure risks are mitigated
- Partner with Finance team on demand analysis and forecasts highlighting short and long term risks and opportunities
- Monitor inventory across all product categories on Coach.com with emphasis around key marketing and Homepage styles
- Assist eCommerce team with site validations, ensuring all pricing and inventory are as expected, and troubleshoot with IT partners when needed
- Work closely with Allocation to build effective allocation strategies to ensure that distributions meet turn goals and maximize profitability
- Coordinate with Store Operations on inventory thresholds in stores to enable inventory to be fulfilled for eCommerce
- Liaise with customer care team and distribution center on inventory and fulfillment challenges
- Partner with Buying team to establish eCommerce product plans and influence markdown cadence

The accomplished individual will possess...
- BA or BS degree and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience; Buying, Planning and/or eCommerce experience preferred
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and a reporting system; Demandware experience a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and outstanding analytical/quantitative skills
- Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent team working skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels; must work collaboratively to drive sales results
- Strong listening, written and exceptional oral communication skills
- Exceptional ability to adapt to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency
