We are looking for a temporary Buyer EMEA BOSS Menswear (m/f/d) to strengthen our EMEA Buying Team.

What you can expect:

  • Responsible for selecting and buying the EMEA BOSS Menswear
  • Ensures profitable growth by creating a balanced and demand driven assortment structure
  • Lives a strong relationship with all interfaces and works closely with the planning, DOS buying and brand merchandising teams
  • Strives for continuous improvement of the order process in terms of efficiency, digitalization and future trends
  • Constantly identifies business opportunities and provides the demand plan from market side to brand merchandising team
  • Creating a pre-assortment by briefing the range of needed styles to ensure profitability, efficiency, requested price / fit architecture
  • Guarantee the highest standards in managing the product trainings and the collection feedback to communicate to all interested parties to ensure and identifying growth opportunities within the product range
  • Set up Reports to improve the buying decisions, take conclusions out of Analysis and Reports to develop next action steps


Your profile:

  • Min. 3 - 4 years' experience as Junior Buyer/ Junior Merchandiser within the fashion industry, ideally from a Retail background
  • Highly organized and structured with the ability to prioritise successfully
  • Numeric, analytical person with a hands-on approach and profound knowledge of all relevant retail KPIs
  • Team player, resilient, quick learner who is used to working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, Computer proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel), preferably experience using SAP
  • Fluent (verbal and written) in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Very strong analytical skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of financial figures
  • High level of flexibility due to the fast changing merchandise segment
  • Strong level of experience in collecting Retail specific assortments to cover inspirational and commercial needs for European markets
