Working with the Burberry Digital Order Management Team and supply chain partners, reporting into the Director of Digital Product Management and Online to Offline Strategy, you will be Burberry's Senior Product Manager OMS and digital fulfilment: shaping, and driving the evolution of Burberry's digital fulfilment capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the portfolio life-cycle and solutions from idea to execution.
  • Meet frequently with product, data, engineering and business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and needs.
  • Working with the product and engineering lead(s), you will ensure roadmap and backlog priorities are maintained to enable a smooth agile development process and minimize blockers.
  • Communicate roadmap, risks with strategic plan, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teams.
  • Manage resolution of urgent engineering issues while communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Work with the engineering and product leadership teams to ensure they are fully engaged in strategic and tactical planning decisions.
  • Own the fulfilment message across Burberry's digital platforms and work with your Supply Chain partners to monitor and drive digital fulfilment KPI's.
  • Understand Burberry's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
  • Deeply analyse customer needs and develop business cases to address them with measurable metric impact.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap to deliver on business goals on defined KPI's leading to revenue growth.
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, analysts, and designers.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment using AB Testing, Minimal Viable Product delivery, and rapid prototyping.
  • Design experiments, analyse patterns and trends, and optimize existing products.
  • Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to reduce friction and drive conversion and NPS.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Identify new opportunities and implement key strategies to address those opportunities.
  • Understanding of the most recent trends around consumer commerce journeys.


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Proven product management experience.
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills and be extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
  • Experience working with design, engineering teams, vendors, and offshore development to deliver end to end products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to logically analyse complex requirements, processes and systems to put solutions in place.
  • Strong analytical background, data driven reasoning, and ability to understand key performance drivers.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building commerce products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, measure, and launch to markets.
  • Bachelor's Degree (fields of Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Economics and Business or Computer Science).
